Es besteht aus vier Trainingsteilen: Soft Tissue Stretch, Rebound Elasticity, Fascial Release und Fluid Refinament. Das Faszientraining sorgt f\u00fcr eine Regeneration des Bindegewebes und erh\u00f6ht die Belastbarkeit von B\u00e4ndern und Sehnen. Mit dem Faszientraining wird nicht nur die Leistungsf\u00e4higkeit, Kraftentwicklung und die Kraft\u00fcbertragung optimiert, auch im Bereich Pr\u00e4vention und Rehabilitation ist das Faszientraining von hoher Bedeutung.
